Getting in touch

There is one way to reach us and it is email. This site has no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing information about you, and there is no need for that when an email address does the same job.

What we can help with

• Corrections: a step that does not work, a link that has moved, a detail that is out of date.
• Questions about how this site is funded, or about anything on the affiliate disclosure page.
• Privacy questions, including requests about personal information, as described in the privacy policy.
• Requests from rights holders about how a product or trade mark is described here.
• Suggestions for a symptom the site does not yet cover.

What we cannot help with

We are not the developer, publisher or operator of any game, and we have no access to anyone's account. That means we cannot recover an account, reset a password, refund a purchase, restore progress, unban a player or look anything up on a vendor's behalf. Requests of that kind have to go to the company whose product it is, and sending them here only delays the answer.

We also cannot provide legal advice, financial advice or advice about a particular child's circumstances. Where a question falls into one of those areas, the Australian bodies named throughout this site — the ACCC for consumer matters, the eSafety Commissioner for online safety, Scamwatch for scams and the OAIC for privacy — are the right place to start.

What happens to your message

An email you send us contains whatever you chose to put in it, and it stays in the mailbox for that address. It is not added to a list, not used for marketing, and not passed to anyone else. Correspondence is deleted within twelve months of the matter being closed unless it needs to be kept longer for a legal reason. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including how to ask for a copy of what we hold or to have it corrected.
