About this site

Innovabase is a troubleshooting reference for online games, written for readers in Australia. It is published as a commercial site, it carries paid links, and this page sets out what that means for what you read here.

The publisher

The site is published by Navigorex Group s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.

The same details appear in the footer of every page, on the contact page, and in the privacy policy. There is one email address and it reaches a person; there is no support desk, no phone line and no ticketing system, because a site of this size does not need one and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

What this site is, and what it is not

It is an informational site about a category: the things that go wrong with games that need an internet connection, and what to do about them. The guidance is general, applies across many titles, and is written to be followed by someone who is not a specialist.

It is not the official site of any game, and it is not connected to any game's developer or publisher. It is not a news publication and does not report events. It does not host downloads, it does not distribute software, and it does not offer a repair service. Nobody here can recover an account, refund a purchase or restore a saved game — those things are done by the vendor whose product it is, and any site claiming otherwise is worth leaving.

Nothing here is professional advice. Where a question turns on law, money or the safety of a child, the sources named throughout are Australian public bodies with responsibility for those areas, and they should be preferred over anything written here.

How pages are chosen and written

The subject of each page is a symptom rather than a product, because that is what a reader can actually observe when something goes wrong. Pages are written in a fixed order — a short answer first, then causes from most to least common, then a procedure, then the point at which the problem belongs to somebody else — so that once you have read one page you know where to look in the next.

Three rules govern what goes in:

1. A claim about a specific product comes from what the vendor or the advertising network states. Where a detail is not in that material, the page says it is not stated rather than filling the gap with a guess. This is why our description of the game covered here is short.
2. A claim about a rule, a right or a regulator carries a link to the body responsible. If a claim cannot be attached to a source, it is written as general guidance or left out.
3. Nothing is invented for effect. There are no test results here, no benchmark figures, no ratings, no quotes from readers and no awards. None of those things exist on this site, because none of them were earned by this site.

Why one game is named and others are not

Star Stable Online is named throughout because the publisher has a commercial relationship covering it: when a reader follows our link and creates an account, Navigorex Group s.r.o. is paid a commission by the advertising network that runs that programme. That is the reason it is the game named here, and saying so plainly is more useful than a claim of comprehensive coverage that the site does not deliver.

What the arrangement does not touch is the content. The causes listed on each page are listed in the order they are worth testing, and the sections about consumer rights, scams and classification point readers to Australian regulators rather than back to a product. A reader who never follows a link should still leave with what they came for; if that is not true of a page, the page is wrong and worth telling us about.

Authorship

Pages are written and reviewed by the Navigorex Group s.r.o. editorial team. There are no bylines on this site because attributing general troubleshooting guidance to an invented individual would add nothing except a false impression of expertise. The company named above is accountable for every word.

What the site collects

Nothing. There is no form anywhere on this site, no newsletter, no account, no comment section and no chat widget. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, carries no advertising tag and loads no script from any other company. The fonts are the ones already on your device, so the site makes no external request at all.

That posture is deliberate. A site holding nothing cannot mishandle anything, and it means the cookie policy can describe reality in a few hundred words instead of listing trackers. The ordinary server logs kept by the hosting provider are the one exception, and the privacy policy describes exactly what they contain and how long they are kept.

Corrections and updates

Pages are reviewed periodically and the date of the most recent review appears in the footer. Software changes, support processes change, and guidance that was accurate a year ago may not be now. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, write to info@innovabase.online and say which page and what is wrong with it. Corrections are made to the page rather than announced.

Where an error was material — a wrong instruction rather than a typographical slip — the change is noted on the page itself. There is no benefit in hiding a correction on a site whose entire value depends on the instructions being right.
